1. Definitions Software: Refers to the program developed by the software developer, including all related files, resources, and updates. Licensor: Refers to the copyright owner of the software. User: Refers to any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the software.

2. License Scope The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include ownership of the software. The Licensor retains all rights, titles, and interests in the software.

3. Restrictions The User must not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the software. The User must not use the software for illegal activities. The User must not distribute, lease, transfer, or sublicense the software unless explicitly permitted by the Licensor in writing. The User must not remove or alter any copyright notices or branding information included in the software.

4. Updates and Support The Licensor may provide updates to the software but is under no obligation to offer maintenance, technical support, or upgrades. Any updates provided will be subject to the terms of this agreement unless otherwise specified.

5. Privacy Use of the software may involve the collection and processing of user data, as governed by the Licensor's privacy policy (if applicable).

6. Disclaimer The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Termination The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the User breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the software and cease any further use.

8. Miscellaneous If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Licensor regarding the software and supersedes all prior communications and agreements.
